PAR Contractors Design Services

The PAR Contractors design team works hand in hand with you to ensure that your new home is designed and built with your budget in mind. Our design package includes having architectural plans drawn, a survey done of your lot with an elevation certificate and foundation plans prepared by an engineer to insure a solid foundation. Unlimited changes can be made to your house plan during this stage for no additional charge.
