To Whom It May Concern:

We have been working with PAR Contractors Inc. throughout 2008. We awarded the contract to PAR for the Edmundite Project, which consist of 10 duplexes that were converted to single-family residents. This was a complete restoration project. PAR
redesigned the houses, maximizing usable space, and maintaining New Orleans Historical features.
 
To date, we are happy to report that they have exceeded our expectations, and have proven their commitment to quality. Their professionalism and commitment is the reason why we have decided to use them on the next phases of the Lafitte
Redevelopment Project, which consist of the following: 1. Oak Place Duplexes, 2. Treme Cottages, and 3. Treme Historical Houses.
